What began as a simple journey from the U.S. to Florence quickly turned into a test of coordination and care when a canceled flight caused a series of delays, rerouting a couple through Rome on a flight that couldn’t be tracked online.

With no digital confirmation available, the team acted swiftly—verifying the arrival directly at the airport and reshaping every step of the journey. Transfers and train tickets were rebooked, the hotel was informed, and adjustments were made in real time as the situation evolved.

Throughout it all, the driver waited patiently for over three hours, ensuring the guests were safely met and supported. Thanks to constant monitoring and attention to detail, the couple ultimately arrived in Florence reassured and well cared for.
