Imagine this: one of our clients was en route to a dreamy Capri vacation, blissfully unaware that, just hours earlier, an emergency on the island had changed everything. Due to a major water supply issue, the local government closed Capri to all incoming tourists. As news spread and travelers scrambled to rearrange plans, Arno’s team was already several steps ahead.

As soon as the announcement was made, Elena quickly secured alternate accommodation in Sorrento, adjusted transfer schedules, and took care of every small detail. By the time our client landed, everything had been seamlessly redirected, and they continued their journey without disruption.

While other travelers were met with unexpected delays and confusion, our client moved smoothly from one experience to the next, enjoying the same level of comfort and service, completely untouched by the last-minute changes.
