Picture this: the evening before their flight, we received an urgent request from a travel agent to arrange special assistance for an elderly couple traveling through Puglia. The wife, experiencing knee pain, required additional support. Without hesitation, we reached out to ITA Airways and secured all necessary services to ensure their comfort—at no extra cost.

But upon arrival, the requested assistance was nowhere to be found. Determined to make things right, our driver borrowed a wheelchair from the airport staff and personally accompanied the couple. From check-in to security, they received the care and attention the system had failed to provide.

Despite the challenges, the couple sent us a heartfelt email, expressing their gratitude and praising the support they received. Moments like these remind us of our mission: turning obstacles into opportunities for extraordinary service.

With Arno Travel, you can journey with peace of mind, knowing we’re always one step ahead.
